Welcome to Maitri Help!

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Maitri Help website (the "Website") and mobile application (the "App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through them (collectively, the "Service").

You agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Maitri Help for the purpose of one-time password (OTP) authentication.

3. Supporter Network

3.1 Inviting Supporters

The Service allows you to invite others ("Supporters") to join your support network. You are responsible for ensuring that you only invite people you know and trust.

3.2 Supporter Access

The level of access you grant to your Supporters is your choice. You can control the information they see and the tasks they can assist you with.

4. User Content

4.1 Tasks and Messages

The Service allows you to create tasks (which may be personal or shared with supporters or third parties) and send messages. You are solely responsible for the content of your tasks and messages. You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that is:

Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive
Violates any intellectual property rights of any third party
Invades the privacy of any third party
Contains any form of advertising or solicitation
Contains any viruses or other malicious code

4.2 User Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Maitri Help a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and translate your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Maitri Help reserves all intellectual property rights to the Service, including its content, design, and logos.

4.3 Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and licenses to submit your User Content to the Service and that such User Content does not and will not infringe on the rights of any third party.

5. Paid Services

The Service may eventually interface with additional paid services offered by third parties. These services will be subject to separate terms and conditions of the respective providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Maitri Help reserves the right to bring any legal action against you for violation of these Terms in any court of competent jurisdiction, and you hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such court. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maitri Help and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
